While we are open to having pets, these need to be considered carefully based on the size of the apartments, what is safe for your pets as well as your apartment neighbors. A Saint Bernard ain’t gonna work in a studio…Â
If we approve your pet, there will be a $250 non refundable pet deposit.Â
We will also charge $50/month for your pet.Â
All parking is on-street on a first come first served basis. Like any downtown area there will be busier times and slower times. Generally the evenings are slow and there is plenty of parking.Â
Yes! Each unit will have a storage locker. These storage lockers will be 7′ x 7′ and are located in the basement.Â
To save space in the units, there is a communal laundry system in the basement. Using a coin/app/credit card operated system.
There are no washer or dryers in the units.Â
Yes, we use a service that goes through a background and credit check. None of these fees are collected by us. The cost for this is $45.Â
To save the hassle of providing all kinds of deposits and information to the utility companies, we include in the lease agreement for an additional charge.
What we mean here is we will add a small additional fee to cover utilities to the unit rental. This will include the following:

Please note, each residential unit is separately metered. Any unusual usage will be detected. Â

Yes, in fact we will only be accepting electronic forms of payment. Either through a credit card or ACH transfer. It’s possible to do this through our property management system.
Being studios it would be hard for more than two adults to live in the units. So we limit this to two adults with the potential for a young child. Â
Yes we do. You can either purchase this through our rental and property management system or bring your own. You’ll just need to provide this when you sign the lease.Â
